Registration for the failure examinations

The Examinations Board announces the commencement of registration for the failure clearing examinations (June 2019) in accordance to the following conditions:
1- Registration is open to all undergraduate students from all levels except the first level students.
2- Registration will start on Tuesday 25/6/2019 and ends on Saturday 6/7/2019.
3- The maximum number of modules allowed for clearing is 6 modules.
4- The students must withdraw a modules enquiry form containing the modules that require clearing after the payment of the prescribed fees.
5- A students must then select the modules that he/she would like to sit for clearing, pay the prescribed fees, and hand in the form along with the fees payment receipt to an officer at the University Examination Office.
6- The deadline for the withdrawal of the module enquiry form and the modules registration form is Saturday 6/7/2019 at 1:00 pm.
7- The deadline for the submission of the modules registration form along with the fees payment receipt is Sunday 7/7/2019 at 1:00 pm.
8- No forms will be accepted for processing after the specified deadline
9- The clearance examinations will begin on Monday 15/7/2019.
